Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us

A tribe is any group of people, large or small, who are connected to one another, a leader, and an idea. For millions of years, humans have been seeking out tribes, be they religious, ethnic, economic, political, or even musical (think of the Deadheads). It's our nature.

Tribes is a great book for those that seek to understand group dynamics. It is interesting how people tend to think that the common information for their tribe is common to everyone. In my wanderings, I see this all the time the tribe in the Salesforce community is very different than the tribe in the AWS community and they are both different from the startup community.
